Welcome to Practice Dost ("App", "Platform", "Service"), an educational mobile application owned and operated by Help Wise Solutions Pvt. Ltd., a company registered under the laws of India, having its registered office at Bakarmandi, Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh, India ("Company", "we", "our", or "us").
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Practice Dost mobile application, website (if applicable), and all related services, including educational content, mock tests, previous year question papers (PYQs), subscriptions, referral programs, notifications, and any other features provided by the Company.
By downloading, installing, accessing, registering for, or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Service.
2. Definitions
For the purposes of these Terms:
App means the Practice Dost Android mobile application and all associated services.
Company means Help Wise Solutions Pvt. Ltd.
User, You, or Your means any individual accessing or using the Service.
Content includes mock tests, previous year question papers, explanations, study notes, quizzes, videos, graphics, images, software, text, and all educational materials available through the App.
Paid Services means any subscription, premium content, or paid feature available through the App.
Subscription means any recurring or one-time paid plan purchased by a User.
Referral Program means any promotional program through which eligible users may receive rewards for referring new users.
Reward includes referral bonuses, coins, credits, coupons, discounts, or any promotional benefits offered by the Company.
Any public authority, recruitment agency, examination authority, ministry, commission, board, or statutory body.
The App is privately owned and operated by Help Wise Solutions Pvt. Ltd.
4. Educational Purpose Only
All content available on Practice Dost is provided solely for educational and examination preparation purposes.
This includes but is not limited to:
Previous Year Question Papers (PYQs)
Practice Tests
Mock Tests
Quiz Series
Subject-wise Questions
Study Notes
Explanations
Solutions
Current Affairs
Learning Materials
The educational material available through the App is independently compiled, created, curated, organized, or presented by the Company and its content team.
Nothing available within the App should be interpreted as official examination material unless expressly stated by the respective examination authority.
5. No Government Approval or Endorsement
Users expressly acknowledge that:
Practice Dost is not an official government application.
The Company does not represent any examination authority.
No government authority has reviewed, approved, certified, or endorsed the educational material available through the App.
The Company has no control over official examination notifications, recruitment processes, eligibility criteria, cut-off marks, vacancies, or examination schedules.
Users should always verify official information directly from the respective government authority before making any educational, financial, or career-related decision.
6. Use of Examination Names
The App may use names such as:

SSC
UPPSC
UPSSSC
UPSC
RRB
IBPS
Banking
Railway
TET
CTET
PET
These names are used solely for descriptive and informational purposes to identify the subject matter of educational content.
Their use does not imply:
sponsorship,
partnership,
authorization,
endorsement,
affiliation, or
approval
by any government authority.
All respective trademarks, logos, and official names remain the property of their respective owners.
7. No Guarantee of Success
The Company does not guarantee that using the App will result in:
passing any examination,
qualifying any recruitment process,
securing employment,
obtaining any government position,
improving examination scores, or
achieving any particular academic outcome.
Performance in competitive examinations depends upon numerous factors including the User's preparation, understanding, effort, aptitude, examination conditions, and other circumstances beyond the Company's control.
8. Accuracy of Information
While we make reasonable efforts to keep educational information updated, we do not warrant that:
examination patterns are always current;
syllabi remain unchanged;
notifications are up to date;
vacancy information is current;
eligibility criteria remain unchanged;
examination dates are accurate.
Government authorities may revise information without prior notice.
Users are solely responsible for verifying all official information from the respective government websites.
9. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years of age to use the App.
If you are under 18 years of age, you represent that:
you have obtained the consent of your parent or legal guardian;
your parent or guardian has reviewed these Terms; and
they agree to be responsible for your use of the Service.
The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts where eligibility requirements are not met.
10. Account Registration
To access certain features, Users may be required to register an account.
Registration may require information including:

Mobile Number
OTP Verification
Email Address (if applicable)
Profile Details
You agree that all information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and up to date.
Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information may result in suspension or permanent termination of your account.
11. Phone Number Verification
Practice Dost primarily uses mobile number verification through One-Time Password (OTP) authentication.
By registering using your mobile number, you represent that:
you are the lawful owner or authorized user of that mobile number;
you consent to receive OTP messages for authentication;
you understand that standard SMS charges imposed by your telecom provider may apply.
The Company shall not be responsible for delays or failures in OTP delivery caused by telecom operators or third-party messaging service providers.
12. Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.
You agree to:
keep your login credentials secure;
not share your account with others;
immediately notify the Company of any unauthorized access;
log out after using shared devices.
Any activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been performed by you unless proven otherwise.
The Company shall not be liable for losses arising from unauthorized use resulting from your failure to safeguard your account.
13. One Account Per User
Unless expressly permitted by the Company, each User may maintain only one active account.
Creating multiple accounts to obtain promotional benefits, referral rewards, free trials, or subscription advantages is strictly prohibited.
The Company reserves the right to:
merge accounts;
cancel duplicate accounts;
revoke rewards;
suspend subscriptions; or
permanently terminate offending accounts without prior notice.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company and its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Service.
15. Third-Party Links and Services
The App may contain links to third-party websites, official government portals, or services not operated by the Company. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of such third parties. Accessing them is at your own risk and subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
16. Modification of Terms
The Company reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via in-app notification or email. Continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
17. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service, without prior notice, for conduct that violates these Terms, is fraudulent, or is harmful to other users, the Company, or third parties.
18. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh, India.
