Refer & Earn Policy

1. Introduction

This Refer & Earn Policy ("Policy") governs participation in the Practice Dost Refer & Earn Program ("Program"), operated by Help Wise Solutions Pvt. Ltd., having its registered office at Bakarmandi, Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh, India ("Company", "we", "our", or "us").

The Program enables eligible registered users to invite new users to Practice Dost and earn promotional rewards, subject to this Policy.

By participating in the Program, you agree to comply with this Policy, our Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, and any additional rules displayed within the App.

The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, discontinue, or terminate the Program, in whole or in part, at any time.

2. Eligibility

To participate in the Program, you must:

• Have a valid and active Practice Dost account.
• Comply with all applicable Terms & Conditions.
• Not be suspended or restricted from using the App.
• Participate only through your own genuine account.

The Company may verify eligibility before issuing any referral rewards.

3. How the Program Works

Each eligible user is assigned a unique referral code or referral link through the App.

To earn referral rewards:

1. Share your referral code or referral link with a new user.
2. The new user ("Referee") must register using your referral code.
3. The Referee must complete the qualifying action specified within the App at the time of registration or promotion.
4. After successful verification, eligible rewards may be credited to the Referrer and/or Referee, as applicable.

Qualifying actions, reward values, eligibility criteria, and promotional periods may vary from time to time and will be displayed within the App.

4. Referral Rewards

Referral rewards may include:

• Wallet credits
• Coins
• Coupons
• Discounts
• Premium access
• Promotional benefits
• Other incentives announced by the Company

Unless expressly stated otherwise:

• Rewards have no cash value.
• Rewards cannot be transferred to another user.
• Rewards cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Rewards may be subject to expiry dates.
• Rewards may only be used within Practice Dost.

5. Reward Verification

Referral rewards are not credited immediately.

Before issuing rewards, the Company may verify:

• The authenticity of the referral.
• Completion of the qualifying action.
• Compliance with this Policy.
• Account eligibility.
• Payment status (where applicable).

Verification may take up to 7 business days, although processing times may vary.

6. Prohibited Activities

To maintain the integrity of the Program, the following activities are strictly prohibited.

6.1 Self-Referral

You must not:

• Refer yourself.
• Create multiple accounts.
• Register accounts using your own alternate mobile numbers or identities.
• Attempt to earn rewards from accounts you control.

6.2 Fake or Duplicate Accounts

You may not create or encourage the creation of:

• Fake accounts
• Duplicate accounts
• Temporary accounts
• Accounts using false information

Each individual may participate only through one genuine account.

6.3 Fraudulent Activity

Users must not:

• Use automated software or bots.
• Manipulate referral tracking.
• Artificially generate referrals.
• Misrepresent the Program.
• Circumvent Program restrictions.
• Engage in any deceptive or dishonest conduct.

6.4 Spam and Unauthorised Promotion

Referral codes must not be distributed through:

• Unsolicited bulk SMS
• Spam emails
• Automated messaging
• Misleading advertisements
• Fake social media accounts
• Any method that violates applicable laws or platform policies

6.5 Payment Abuse

Users must not:

• Complete purchases solely to obtain referral rewards and then seek refunds or initiate chargebacks.
• Attempt to manipulate purchases to gain referral benefits.
• Engage in payment fraud or abuse promotional offers.

7. Fraud Prevention

To protect the integrity of the Program, the Company may review referral activity using reasonable technical and manual verification processes.

Where suspicious or fraudulent activity is identified, we may:

• Delay reward issuance;
• Request additional verification;
• Withhold rewards;
• Reverse previously credited rewards;
• Suspend referral privileges; or
• Suspend or terminate the associated account in accordance with our Terms & Conditions.

The Company's decision regarding suspected abuse or fraud shall be final, subject to applicable law.

8. Reward Forfeiture

The Company reserves the right to cancel, reverse, or recover referral rewards where:

• Rewards were obtained through fraud.
• Referral conditions were not satisfied.
• Duplicate or fake accounts were used.
• Payments are reversed or refunded.
• The Program has been abused.
• These Terms have otherwise been violated.

Unused rewards may also expire in accordance with the validity period communicated within the App.

9. Modification or Termination of the Program

The Company may, at its sole discretion:

• Change reward amounts;
• Modify eligibility requirements;
• Change qualifying actions;
• Introduce reward limits;
• Suspend promotional campaigns; or
• Permanently discontinue the Program.

Such changes may take effect immediately unless otherwise stated.

10. Taxes

Users are solely responsible for complying with any tax obligations arising from rewards or incentives received through the Program, where applicable under Indian law.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Company shall not be liable for:

• Delays in reward verification or crediting;
• Technical issues affecting referral tracking;
• Rewards lost due to incorrect referral codes;
• Loss of rewards resulting from Policy violations;
• Suspension or termination of Program participation;
• Changes or discontinuation of the Program.

12. Reporting Misuse

If you suspect fraudulent or abusive use of the Refer & Earn Program, you may report it by contacting:

The Company may investigate reported activity but is not obligated to disclose the outcome of any investigation.

13. Relationship with Other Policies

This Policy forms part of the Practice Dost Terms & Conditions.

It should be read together with:

• Privacy Policy
• Refund & Cancellation Policy

In the event of any inconsistency relating specifically to referral rewards, this Policy shall prevail to the extent of that inconsistency.
